- Description of Requirement The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure meeting space, sleeping rooms, food, refreshments, and audio visual equipment of a high-quality facility for the 2 day Improving Undergraduate STEM Education (IUSE) Panel Meeting to be held one of the following dates: February 12-13, 2018 February 15-16, 2018 February 22-23, 2018 The meeting space will be required all day Monday and Tuesday or Thursday and Friday. The hotel or conference center must be located within the Alexandria, VA Area and within a 10 minute walking distance from a Metro station or provide shuttle bus services to and from the Metro. Please reference the attached documents for details. Quotes are due at 12:00 P.M., Eastern Time, on Thursday, January 11, 2017. Quotes shall be emailed to the contract specialist, Angela Johnson, at anjohnso@nsf.gov and reference the solicitation number. **Amendment** The National Science Foundation (NSF) has issued an amendment to the original posting.
