- Section L Attachment 2 Past Performance Questionnaire Section L Attachment 1 Past Performance Evaluation Data Drawing Revisions List Welding CDRL related drawings CDRLS with List Solicitation This is the official solicitation for the following requirement. See solicitation attachments. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to competitively solicit and award a contract for the procurement of a quantity of one (1) First Article Test Nose Gear Launch (NGL) Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs) of Part Number 3988AS9901-1, a quantity of three (3) Production HPUs (Part Number 3988AS9901-1), and associated reports to include an Integrated Master Schedule in support of the Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System (EMALS) program. This will be a 100% small business set-aside procurement. This competitive, 100% small business set-aside procurement will be conducted using the lowest price technically acceptable source selection approach. The Government anticipates evaluating the offers based on technical, past performance and price factors. This requirement is export controlled. Contractors interested in receiving the necessary technical data for proposal purposes, must submit a valid, current DD Form 2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement to this office. The DD Form 2345 must be on file with the United States/Canada Joint Certification Office. To file a DD Form 2345, please visit the DLIS website at www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/ or contact them at 1-800-352-3572. This website will provide all necessary information concerning certification under the Joint Certification Program. Registration in the Department of Defense DoD System for Award Management (SAM) database will be a prerequisite for receiving an award. For more information on the SAM, refer to the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
