DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS NEWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE (NCO) 16 MICHAEL E. DEBAKEY VA MEDICAL CENTER (VAMC), HOUSTON, TEXAS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 36C25618Q9133 BACKGROUND: The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston will be purchasing furniture for the Main Lobby in Building 100 of the Michael E. DeBakey VAMC. The furniture and seating is a combination comprised of cylinder tables, bistro height table surfaces single chairs, individual lounge seating and tier sectional seating with different levels of back heights that flow together to create a professional and healing environment and establish a positive first impression of the facility for our Veterans. All products, finishes and fabric shall meet Health Care specifications, infectious control standards and EMS cleaning codes. Existing seating will need to be removed when new seating is delivered and installed. Installation of products will occur after normal business hours and or weekend.
