- Market Research Questionnaire SOURCES SOUGHT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - A solicitation is not available at this time. Requests for information in addition to this Sources Sought will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The 55th Contracting Squadron is looking for interested parties to provide Natural Gas Utilities Services for Offutt AFB, Nebraska. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221210. The contractor will provide Natural Gas Utilities Services and any associated transportation services. The contractor will be responsible for providing and coordinating all services required to deliver Natural Gas to the designated service point(s). Any resultant contract will have a performance period of a minimum of one year and maximum of ten years duration. A government solicitation to provide these services may be developed and a contract may or may not result. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Interested parties should fill out the attached Market Research Questionnaire (MRQ) and send it via email to jason.donovan.1@us.af.mil and brandon.taylor.19@us.af.mil.
