- Addendum No. 1 Amendment 0001 - Needs to be signed and submitted with SF18. Furnish all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to trace and label electrical circuits in accordance with contract specifications. A complete scope of work is attached. Please submit a detailed price breakout with the quote that should include, but not be limited to, if applicable, the estimated labor hours and wage rate, material cost, equipment cost, subcontractor fee, and overhead and profit rate. All work is to be performed at the Edward Zorinsky Federal Building, 1616 Capitol Avenue, Omaha, Nebraska. The current wage determination rates are attached. Offers to be valid for 60 days. Update 1/18/2018. Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to incorporate attached Addendum No. 1. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
