- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 prepared with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) has a need to procure a EEG Review System and Network Server. Solicitation number #36C26118Q0250 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96 effective November 06, 2017. The combined synopsis solicitation is Set-Aside for Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB).
