- This notice is published for informational purposes only and not as a request for competitive proposals. The US Government Publishing Office (GPO) has a requirement for mobile support and mobile communication for GPO's users. GPO intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.301 to AT&T Mobility, Hanover, MD. AT&T will be required to continue providing hardware and the mobile communications for GPO's business units Users for iPhones, iPads, Cellular phones and services required to operate the equipment for GPO's Main Office, Laurel Warehouse and Regional Facilities. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis. Oral communications are not acceptable in reponse to this notice.
