- Statement of Work Request For Qualifications The USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Contracting Services Branch (CSB) is requesting professional qualification statements (SF 330s) from qualified firms for architect and engineering (A-E) services - Legal Boundary Survey. The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Rhode Island requires the services of a licensed land surveyor supporting the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) easements. This acquisition process is being conducted in accordance with the Brooks Act as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6. A-E firms meeting the requirements described in this announcement are invited to submit the documentation required in this notice. Firms responding to this announcement before the closing date will be considered for selection subject to any limitation indicated with respect to business size or any other limitations listed in this notice. The surveyor must be a licensed land surveyor in the State of Rhode Island. The Surveyor will provide a Legal Boundary Survey of the ACEP Easement Area mentioned above meeting all requirements found in the attached Statement of Work. A will be specific in terms of location, acreage, and time for completing the survey. Work under said will be subject to satisfactory price negotiation prior to issuance of a contract award. A legal boundary survey and boundary description in accordance with the current Rhode Island State Standards of Practice for Surveys and the attached specifications is needed for the WRE participant that will be conveyed in the said. The site is located on the easterly sideline of Willie Woodhead Road, Providence County, Rhode Island, also known as Parcel ID 08A/003/000. Ingress/Egress to this site is by direct access from Willie Woodhead Road. Exact location can be found by using the above LON/LAT lines. NRCS intends that the work will be completed within 45 days from the notice to proceed or as negotiated and specified in the. The A&E firm selected will be responsible for meeting the final completion date agreed upon using the attached specifications.
