- Request for Quote 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment (1/75), Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia will conduct Training at Camp Beauregard, LA from 17 February 2018 - 23 February 2018. The purpose of this training is to exercise tactical, command and control, and technical elements under realistic conditions that replicate the scale, diversity, and complexity of the operational environments encountered during overseas combat deployments. This Statement of Work describes the work necessary to effectively provide support for the Rangers conducting necessary training objectives and satisfy the commander's intent. Deliverables: •Provide 200 Rangers with catering support for 12 meal events at Camp Beauregard, LA. o6 EACH Dinner Events (17-22 February); 1,200 meals o6 EACH Breakfast Events (18-23 February); 1,200 meals •The training location does have a military DFAC that is not manned, but food can be prepared and served in this facility. •Breakfast will typically be delivered NLT 0700 and dinner will be delivered NLT 1730. The meal schedule will change 19-21 February to have breakfast delivered NLT 1200 and dinner delivered NLT 2330. •All plates, utensils, and cups shall be provided by the contractor.
