- Solicitation Amendment N6660418Q0020-0001 ***Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to answer industry questions. Please see attachment "Solicitation Amendment N6660418Q0020-0001". All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.*** Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to answer an industry question, as follows: Q1: If an offeror has made many of these components in the past and all welding certifications are on file with the Government already, does the Government still require a copy of the welding specifications to be attached to the offeror's proposal? A1: Yes. All required documentation shall be submitted with the offeror's proposal in accordance with the solicitation. See Page 3 of the solicitation for further information. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13) the requirement for synopsis has been waived. The solicitation, N66604-18-Q-0020, is released and is attached as a part of this notice.
