- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to award BAE Systems Electronic Systems a sole-source, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Delivery Order under Solicitation N0001917G0013- N0001918F5002. BAE will provide the necessary support to satisfy existing DMS requirements within the RFCM system. This Delivery Order is planned to have a 24 month period of performance with an anticipated award date of June 2018. These requirements will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. BAE Systems is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the RFCM. As such, it is the only responsible source that possesses the technical data and requisite knowledge required to meet the Government's requirement. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award, or be responsible for any money expended by the interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above; information herein is subject to change, and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract.
