- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to award Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), Electronic Systems Sector, a sole source, cost plus fixed fee delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N0001915G0026. NGSC will provide the necessary support and hardware to repair/upgrade/retrofit APR-39D(V)2 test assets. These requirements will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NGSC is the sole designer, developer, and producer of the APR-39 D(V)2. As such, it is the only responsible source that possesses the technical data and requisite knowledge required to meet the Government’s requirement. This synopsis is for informational purposes only. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make an award, or be responsible for any money expended by the interested parties before award of a contract for the effort described above; information herein is subject to change, and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract.
