It is a Navy Critical Safety Application (CSI) item and it is not a commercial item. The acquisition is unrestricted other than full & open competition. This item is sole source to Northrop Grumman Systems. The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers.
