Description

VISN 22 Network Contracting Office (NCO), Long Beach California intends to enter into a sole source contract with BrainLab, Inc. 5 Westbrook Corporate Center, Suite 1000 Westchester, IL 60154, USA. Solicitation document shall be available on/or about January 24, 2018. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, incorporate provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Request for Proposal is RFP 36C26218R0265. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 811219. This requirement is for a service contract for radiosurgery and Novalis Service for BrainLab Robotics and Exactrac X-ray components for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. Period of performance shall be for a base plus four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will consider all proposals received by 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time Tuesday, January 23, 2018. Information received shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No telephone inquiries shall be accepted.
