- SMAEC II Past Performance Matrix SMAEC II Cost and Price Template SMAEC II Final RFP SMAEC II Cover Letter with Enclosure This is modification 01 to the pre-solicitation synopsis entitled Safety and Mission Assurance Engineering Contract II (SMAEC II) - Pre-Solicitation Notice - 80JSC018R0006 which was posted on January 16, 2018. You are notified the purpose of modification 01 is to post the SMAEC II RFP. This RFP replaces the Draft RFP in its entirety. Please note the following: 1. This procurement is a full-and-open competition. 2. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541330 and $38.5M, respectively. 3. The due date for proposals is February 22, 2018 at 1:30 PM Central Standard Time. See the SMAEC II RFP for further details. In order to view the files using a standard PDF viewer, it is recommended to download the RFP files first and then open directly from the downloaded source instead of opening the files directly from a web browser. Note: The RFP's Table of Contents has active links which will assist in navigating the document.
