- The following is a Source Sought. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The following is a Source Sought. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office has a requirement for a contractor qualified in American Sign Language (ASL)/English interpretation, contact sign/Pidgin Signed English (PSE), and oral transliteration, to ensure equal access for all deaf, hard-of-hearing (D/HH) and hearing employees, visitors, and applicants. The proposed Product Service code (PSC) is R608 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541930. The purpose of this notice is to request information from interested parties, including potential offerors that have in-person services that meet this requirement. Our current analysis shows that recurring in-person ASL interpreters will be required in all of the CONUS Regions within DCMA. Specific known locations are broken out in Part III in the full description (attached).
