- Description
- Work includes, but is not limited to: contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to provide and install a new multi-zone white noise system with electrical infrastructure in the offices of the Social Security Administration on the first floor. All work will be performed at the Federal Building, Huron, South Dakota. Security clearances will be required for all workers. Work to be completed within 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation will be issued on February 1, 2018, with offers due on February 22, 2018. Anticipated award date is March 16, 2018. Information regarding a site visit will be announced in the solicitation. A site visit is recommended. This procurement is being set-aside for small businesses only. To be eligible for award, contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered. The subject solicitation includes Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) information. For reasons of security and before release of SBU information, the requestor must download and complete the Document Security Notice to Prospective Bidders/Offerors Form, and provide the following information: company name/address; point of contact name; phone number and email address; company DUNS number and Tax ID number; a copy of the company's business/contractor license; and company's bonding limitation for a single contract. All requests shall be submitted via email to Kristen.feickert@gsa.gov. Specifications and drawings will be furnished with the solicitation to all eligible and interested parties via email who have fully completed and returned the SBU document.
