- 20-FOOT ISO/MECC HSMWS MOBILIZER 20-FOOT ISO/MECC HSMWS MOBILIZER (1 Each) Mfr: AARCorp or CDK Corp. M1022-A1 Dolley Set Mobilizer If quoting an equal item, it must contain the following characteristics: • Two Dolly's (one fore and aft) that are able to raise/lower CONEX (20'x8'x8'/10,400 lbs) hydraulically and provide road and rough terrain mobility • Must allow the CONEX and wheel set to be loaded and transported by C-130, C-17 and C-5 aircraft without MHE • Dolly's shall be capable of coupling together when empty for ease of transport and storage • Internal battery operated hydraulic system • Battery system chargable by tow vehicle and/or from shore power • Capable of moving over rough terrain up to 55 MPH
