Description

10th Medical Group Orthotics Laboratory at the USAF Academy in Colorado Springs, CO requires a new orthopedic finishing system to be purchased within the next 30 days. The requested finisher shall have the following characteristics: - Dimensions shall not exceed 40" W x 35' D x 72" H - Internal vacuum system that will minimize harmful particles from becoming airborne - A large LED overhead light system that provides additional safety for technicians when using sanders - Be able to cut/grind aluminum, iron, steel, copper, carbon fiber, polypropylene, polyethylene, copolymer, rubber, EVA, plastizote, crepe, poron, leather, fabrics, and wood - Adjustable sole trimmer - Adjustable top lift trimmer - Heel breaster - Minimum 2 sanding belts, with ventilation openings right below sanding belt to aid with material suction - Bag Shaker - Top access belt release - Horsehair brushes on bayonet - Naumkeg sander Interested vendors with product(s) meeting these specifications shall submit product information to include spec data, pricing delivery terms and conditions, CAGE and DUNS codes prior to the close of this RFI.
