Description
NSN 1005-01-452-6771, Adapter Rail, Weapon. This material is being procured in accordance with CAGE 19200 Drawing 12973020. The required quantity is 867 each with a 100% option to be shipped to DODACC (SW3120) ANNISTON AL 36201-4199. This item will be solicited as a sole-source Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside with award to the waived Contractor First Article Test (C FAT) source; P&S Products (4U486) a WOSB manufacturer. The required delivery will be 360 days ARO with FAT requirement and 225 days if FAT requirement is waived. FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin are required (First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies). This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with the commercial item with 15 days of this notice. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There will be no Technical drawings/bid sets available. Offers shall be in English and in US dollars. This item contains a phosphate coating requirement. The contractor responsible for the actual coating procedure must be certified by the Performance Review Institute (PRI) to the Nadcap standard for the Phosphate chemical processes. Verification of this certification may be required and must be supplied upon request of the Contracting Officer. A Knights Armament Company License Agreement requirement applies for this item. A properly signed and returned Non-Use-Disclosure Agreement is required before the Technical Data Package will be distributed. Form available at: https://pcf1x.bsm.dla.mil/cFolders Surplus material will not be considered. Export Controls (ITAR/MLI) apply. JCP certification will be required.
