- DLA Mechanicsburg is planning to solicit a requirement for the following: Part Number: 7 - 21659 NSN: 5995 015857088 Nomenclature: Downrun Cable Quantity: 5 REQUESTED DATE OF DELIVERY IS: As early as possible. Unit of Issue: Each FOB: Origin and Destination Apply Set-aside Status: None Solicitation will not be available before: February 2, 2018 TDP: if available, the TDP will be posted on the web at https://www.fbo.gov/. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
