- The US ARMY Contracting Center-Warren has a requirement for the following commercial single brand name and single platform/nameplate, HINO 4X4 Truck with Troop Carrier and common spare parts, to support the Government of Belize. Items: 2017 model year or later for the HINO 4X4 Truck with Troop Carrier: The vehicles shall have a high-sulfur diesel engine, manual transmission, LHD-left hand drive and operator manuals written in English per Specifications with a common Spare Parts matrix list. This requirement will be solicited as a one (1)-year, Firm Fixed Price, FOB origin, Brand Restricted Full and Open Competition, under solicitation W56HZV-18-R-0029. The estimated total quantities of each HINO 4X4 Truck with Troop Carrier (LHD) for the one year period is as follows: 6. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items will be used. This solicitation will be issued on or about 9 February 2018. Please refer to the solicitation for all terms, conditions, specifications, requirements, etc. Proposals will be evaluated for technical acceptability and award will be made to the lowest total evaluated priced offeror that is found to be technically acceptable.
