- NSN 1560-01-158-9478, PR 70694974, solicitation SPE4A7-18-R-0623, Item: fitting, assembly, en for the H-60 helicopter. Item is In accordance with Basic Drawing NR 78286 70305-0211- REV NR J DTD 07/13/16 Part Piece Number 70305-02110-043. This procurement will result in a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Contract for a quantity of 1729 each. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) as verified on the CSI Data Viewer and Air Force CSI Lists. This is a critical application item. Export Control requirement applies. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) requirement applies. Terms are stipulate as FOB Destination with Inspection/ Origin/Acceptance at Destination. The Delivery Objective is 90 days Submit Test Report, 30 days ARO for Government Review and Notification to Contractor and 326 days delivery of Production Quantity. Total delivery will be 446 days ARO. The Solicitation will be Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dlaprocurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
