- RFI-121-18-000001 THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION Issued Date: January 18, 2018 Comments Due Date: January 29, 2018 Comments Due Time: 4:00 PM Kyiv, Ukraine Local Time Subject: Request for Information (RFI) No. RFI-121-18-000001 Reference: Ukraine Economic Resilience Activity The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) in Ukraine, is in the process of designing a new economic resilience activity. We are seeking public comments on the DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) to inform that design process. Responses to this request for information are not binding on the U.S. Government and do not obligate USAID to issue a solicitation, nor does it commit USAID to pay any cost incurred in the preparation and submission of comments.
