THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NOTICE (RFI) / SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. An RFI / Sources Sought notice is a market research tool used to determine availability and adequacy of potential business sources. This announcement is not a solicitation as defined by FAR 2.101. Network Contracting Office 8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Medical Center is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice to identify Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) and Small Businesses that have the resources and capabilities to provide annual services for pick-up/disposal of hazardous, regulated medical and pharmaceutical waste for an intended follow-on contract. The Government is requesting that restrictive or proprietary markings not be used in response to this announcement. The anticipated Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562211 is $38.5 Million.
