- Presolicitation notice for Solicitation N00421-17-R-0049. This Advance Notice is for Informational Purposes Only. The Naval Air Warfare Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Contracts Department (AIR 2.5.1.11), Patuxent River, Maryland will procure on a competitive basis the services necessary to provide support to the NAWCAD Atlantic Test Range (ATR) SureTrak Surveillance Systems Department (AIR 5.4.2). Contractor services are required to provide support to install, operate, and maintain United States Government owned surveillance systems. The systems requiring support are primarily, but not limited to, those developed by the Atlantic Test Range (ATR), such as the legacy SureTrak system and the newly developed/modified STING system. The contractor will provide operation and maintenance services for existing and new systems including installations, integration of new capabilities, and developments and improvements to software and hardware components. This effort will require the Contractor to support high-level projects for government agencies and activities both inside and outside of NAWC-AD, including but not limited to other Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Government agencies (Navy, Army, Air Force and NASA), State and Local Government and non-Government entities, and international installations in support of the Combatant Commands, such as United States European Command (EUCOM), United States Africa Command (AFRICOM), United States Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), United States Pacific Command (PACOM) and United States Central Command (CENTCOM) and Department of State (DoS) requirements. The contract type is anticipated to be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and Cost Reimbursable CLINs. The period of performnce for this procurement is a five year ordering period. The PSC code associated with this procurement is D318. The RFP is to be issued on or about 06 February 2018 via FedBizOpps. Questions will not be entertained at this time.
