- Q&A #2 Q&A NOTICE Q&A Version 2 has been posted. Q&A NOTICE Q&A Version 1 has been posted. SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation and all attachments are now posted. PRE SOLICITATION NOTICE Requirement: Delivery of approximately 8,150 tons of crushed aggregate to a stock pile to be used by the government for road maintenance. The stock pile location shall be at the intersection of Ponderosa Way, 28N29 and National Forest System Road 27N08 just south of Cedar Springs in T27N, R3E, Section 29 MDM. Set Asides: This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 212321. The related small business size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is on or about January 17, 2018. Site Visit: An organized site visit is not being scheduled however the site is available to visit. Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing via email to tmarino@fs.fed.us. No telephone questions will be accepted. It is recommended that they be submitted no later than 3 calendar days prior to the closing date of the solicitation to allow a reply to reach all prospective contractors before the solicitation closing date. Questions received after that time may not receive a response. Notifications: In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), the government is limiting the availability of the solicitation to electronic medium through this posting to FBO.gov. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the quoter to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation. Award notifications will be made to this notice. Early notification will not be made to any quoter except Awarded Contractor.
