Contractor First Article testing applies. This is a Stocked Item. Requested quantity is 2470 each. Item has QCC of LCA. Requested delivery of 225 days ARO. The solicitation and award will be issued IAW FAR 13.5. Other Than Full and Open Competition, Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
