Page 1 of 1 AMENDED: The National Cemetery Administration will be soliciting offers under solicitation number 36C786-18-R-0142. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 238320. Painting and Wall Covering Contractors, Business Size Standard is $15.0 million. Project Description: Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to remove the existing corroded coating from the aboveground irrigation water distribution main pipeline, flanges, fittings, and appurtenances; prepare the surfaces and apply new corrosion protection coating system at Houston National Cemetery, Houston, TX 77038, in accordance with the contract statement of work as specified and per applicable industry standards and codes. The following changes are incorporated to the initial pre-solicitation notice uploaded to FBO, dated January 25, 2018: The archiving time frame for subject requirement is hereby changed to 90 days. NOTE: Last Item All other initial pre-solicitation notice guidance remains unchanged.
