- The is a pre-solicitation for a request for proposal for the award of two $24 Million Dollar Single Award Task Order (SATOC) IDIQ Contracts. This acquisition will be set aside 100% for Small Business. The awardees will provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necassary to complete each task order under their SATOC contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about Feb 14, 2018. The solicitation will be issued utilizing the 2-phase process as described in FAR part 36.3.
