- Wage Rates Contract Specifications Drawings Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Bids are requested under Solicitation #124D9018B0001 for Wetland Reserve Program (ACEP) Restoration - Levee Modification in Panola County, Texas. Work shall be performed in accordance with the Solicitation, Statement of Work, Drawings and Contract Specifications. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Classification Code is 238910 and the size standard is $15 million. Work will begin as outlined in the solicitation. Contractor has 30 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed for completion. Submit all requested information to Chanda Sow, via regular mail, e-mail or fax. All quotes must be received by the closing date and time regardless of the method of delivery. The physical address is: Federal Building, Room 522, 200 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215-2418.
