Interested parties, please review the documentation and respond no later than 09 January 2018 with questions or comments. If an industry partner does not have a question and/or comment then a formal response is not required or requested. The Government requests that all questions and comments be sent via email to the listed Contract Specialist. Questions submitted via a phone call will require a follow up email for administration and tracking purposes. Interested parties are requested to register on FBO as an interested party to allow the Government to estimate anticipated proposals. The Draft RFP does not constitute an offer and a contract shall not be awarded from the Draft RFP. The purpose of the Draft RFP is to provide industry partners with as much current information as possible to enhance the solicitation and the potential contract. The Official RFP may change and industry partners are encouraged to disregard the Draft RFP once the Official RFP is posted. The Government anticipates the release of the Official Request for Proposal in January / February 2018. The Government anticipates conducting a Post Solicitation Conference at the National Training Center within two weeks after posting the Official RFP. The exact date will be included in the Official RFP FBO posting. *** Update as of 31 January 2018 *** The Government has uploaded the responses to industry questions and an updated draft request for proposal. The Government will release the official Solicitation along with notification of a Pre-proposal conference in a future posting. The Government intends for a two day conference that will allow industry to tour the NTC facilities and allow the Government ample time to review the solicitation with industry to ensure that there are no misinterpretations or misunderstandings. The Conference will be conducted a week after the solicitation is released.
