- The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, has a requirement for the purchase of multi-phase relay test system equipment for the Grand Coulee Dam PSCC Apprenticeship Training Program. The principal components of the buy include: Multi-Phase Relay Test System kits and Current Transformer Test Sets. This requirement will be unrestricted, meaning open to small and large businesses and issued as a request for quote, and specific evaluation factors for the requirement will be included in the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334515 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Quotes will be accepted from all responsive and responsible small and large businesses. Contractors shall note an electronic copy of the solicitation will be issued in February 2018 on www.fbo.gov and www.fedconnect.net. The solicitation will close approximately 30 days after its issuance. Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to receiving award of any contract, see www.sam.gov.
