- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to X-COM SYSTEMS, LLC. The requirement is for the purchase of: 1. 1 Each - Part #IQC91000A 1000 MHz single channel signal recorder with 800 MHz IF input and maximum digital IQ output rate of 4.8 Gbytes/sec. Includes 4ea IQC90000A-RIF adapters with rackmounts, X- COM Control SW and documentation on CD. Includes the following: 1 each IQC90000A-DC1 500 MHz to 18 GHz downconverter (1U) with 1000 MHz bandwidth centered at 800 MHz IF output 2 each IQC90000A-S15 External RAID0 SSD external disk storage: 15 TB or 48 minutes usable. Two data packs required per system for a total of 96 minutes storage. 1 each IQC90000A-101 Adds analog differential baseband IQ outputs for playback (4ea SMA female), 1000 MHz IQ bandwidth 1 each IQC90000A-UC1 500 MHz to 18 GHz up converter with differential IQ inputs for 1000 MHz output at carriers up to 18 GHz. Includes rackmount kit. 1 each IQC90000A-PC2 PCIe x4 Express Card 34 host cable adapter for use in laptop computers. Includes 2 meter cable. 1 each IQC90000A-PC3 PCIe x8 host cable adapter for use in desk top computers; Full Height Bracket. Includes 2 meter cable. 1 each IQC90000A-WS2 Rackmount Sig Analyst Workstation Dual Xeon, Quad-Core Workstation, 64GB RAM with 96TB HDD Storage Archive (80 TB usable), Spectro-X and RF Editor software packages 1 each IQC90000A-ENL Rack enclosure to house IQC90000A down converter, 2ea solid state data packs, up converter, workstation, and storage archive and power distribution 2. UID Label - UID CLAUSE DFARS 252.211-7003 APPLIES TO a line item with a unit cost of $5,000.00 or more, (must be labeled)which will be a tangible delivered item. If charging for the label it must be shown as a separate line item on your quote. 3. Shipping if applicable must be listed on the quote as a separate line item.
