- Description
- The Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit is constructing two new resort facilities located at Zephyr Cove Resort. One building will be a new marina ticket sales and storage building. The second building will be a new stables building which includes two accessible restrooms, office and storage area. This project includes all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, supervision, and incidental necessary to construct both of both buildings. All work within 5' of the footprint of the building is included in this contract unless otherwise noted on the drawings. Work includes connection to utilities and erosion control measures as described in the plans and specifications. A county building permit will not be required.
