- Draft Pricing Spreadsheet Draft Evaluation Factors (without Evaluation Criteria) Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) INDUSTRY DAY NOTICE and DRAFT PWS, DRAFT EVALUATION FACTORS, AND DRAFT PRICING WORKSHEET POSTING (Added January 31, 2018) The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Contracts Management Office (CMO) and Security & Information Directorate (SID) is hosting an Industry Day Presolicitation Conference to provide information to potential offerors on its 8(a) set-aside requirement for DARPA Physical Security Support Services in advance of a planned Request for Proposals (RFP). The Industry Day will be held on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 10:30 AM EST at DARPA (675 N. Randolph St., Arlington, VA 22203) in DARPA Conference Center (DCC) Room 01-500. Check-in begins at 10:00 AM EST. Upon entry to the event, all attendees will be required to present government-issued photo identification and Social Security Number. Advanced registration is required. To RSVP, please email HR0011-18-R-0003@darpa.mil with the following information: - Firm Name and Address - Business Size and 8(a) status (non-8(a) firms may attend, but since space is limited, 8(a) firms will be given priority for attendance) - Information on planned attendees (limit of two (2) people per firm) o Last Name, First Name, MI o Country of Citizenship o Phone Number Please see attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), Draft Evaluation Factors (without Evaluation Criteria), and Draft Pricing Spreadsheet for your review prior to the Industry Day. Questions about the above documents, or the requirement/solicitation in general, may be submitted via email to HR0011-18-R-0003@darpa.mil by Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM EST. Written answers to questions will be posted on FedBizOpps before and/or after the Industry Day. Various questions may also be answered and discussed in greater detail at the Industry Day. Industry Day slides will be posted on FedBizOpps after the event. DARPA will not provide reimbursement for costs incurred to attend this Industry Day. No phone calls will be accepted in response to this information.
