Redacted: Brand Name Justification Bell 429 Attachment 2 - Past Performance Profile Attachment 1 - Bell 429 Accessories and Minor Mods SF 1449 - Solicitation Continuation SF 1449 - Solicitation PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. This procurement is conducted under FAR Part 12 and using the procedures of FAR Part 13. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this request for quote (RFQ) under NAICS code 336411, Aircraft Manufacturing. The resulting contract will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ), fixed-price contract. The contract period is expected to be a base year and two one-year options. Quote Submission Instructions: See the attached SF 1449 and continuation sheet for submission instructions and evaluation criteria for award. Timeline: Quotes are due on 26 February 2018 no later than 10:00am. Questions about the solicitation are due no later than 7 February 2018 no later than 10:00am.
