- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all qualified labor, materials, and tools to install a vapor barrier on approx. 21,600 SF. of concrete located in the Lotts Center, 31 G Bay, Defense Supply Center Richmond, 8000 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23297. The applicable NAICS Code is 238330 (Flooring Contractors) with a Small Business Size Standard of $15,000,000. This request is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. Contractor shall commence work no later than 5 days after the notice to proceed (NTP) is issued. Estimated completion of performance is NLT 15 days after the issuance of the NTP. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about February 15, 2018. The tentative closing date for the RFP is March 19, 2018 by 3:00 pm. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All relevant solicitation documents, including statement of work, request for proposal, and wage determinations may be accessed for download beginning the date of solicitation issue at the following site: http://www.fbo.gov. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database through www.sam.gov in order to receive a federal government contract.
