Electronic copies are acceptable but must be followed up with a hard copy submission. Electronic submittals shall be emailed to marcin.krauze@navy.mil. 2) If a 2nd round final proposal is not received by this deadline then the Government will only consider the initial proposal/1st round final proposal for award consideration. 3) Acknowledgement of electronic submittal by contracting officer is required. 4) All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation and amendments issued to date remain unchanged and in full force and affect
