- Synopsis - Biomedical Equipment Repair Technicians (W81K00-18-R-0009) The Brooke Army Medical Center, Ft Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement to obtain thirty-five (35) full-time equivalent Biomedical Equipment Repair Technicians to complete maintenance and service requirements for the Environment Services Division. The solicitation number is W81K00-18-R-0009. The period of performance is 1 April 2018 through 30 September 2018, plus four (4) option years. This requirement will be solicited as a 8(a) Set-Aside, Competitive procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, which has a size standard of $21,500,000.00. The solicitation will be available on or about 1 February 2018 at FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made.
