Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to InsideOut Development LLC 10542 S. Jordan Gateway, Suite 300, South Jordan, UT on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a requirement for 160 sets of Coaching for Results participants Version4 course materials from InsideOut Development LLC. It will provide our OCC Certified InsideOut Facilitators with the necessary course materials needed to teach the class lessons and continue development of training for OCC employees. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received within seven(7) days after date of publication of this notice. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC.
