Description
RETAIN Programmatic Technical Assistance Center - SOW The United States Department of Labor (DOL) is conducting market research to determine feasibility for a potential procurement requirement. This is NOT A SOLICITATION for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations; nor is a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or contract award by way of the 8(a) development program. No reimbursement or stipend will be provided in response to this Source Sought notice. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources. A draft Statement of Work is attached as additional information for preparing a Capabilities Statement. WHO MAY RESPOND: All capable businesses are invited to participate, while SMALL BUSINESSES ARE ENCOURAGED TO RESPOND. IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS: All interested parties are required to submit a Capability Statement package no more than 30 pages including a cover letter and any attachments. At a minimum, the Capabilities Statement must include the following information: 1. RFI No. DOL1667-DPD-18-NAT-0001 2. Company Name, Address, and Contact Person Information to include e-mail, office and mobile telephone numbers. 3. Company's DUNS Number. 4. Socioeconomic Business Type. 5. The aforementioned required Business Size Standard/Classification which must be listed within the company's SAM report (Government will retrieve). 6. Capabilities Statement which addresses all of the following questions. RFI QUESTIONNAIRE: 1. Company description, discussion of company capabilities, and general summary of approach to accomplishing the requirements listed in the Draft SOW. 2. Historical information (description and length of time providing this service, as well as under what North American Industry Classification System (NAICS)) to the public and other federal agencies. 3. Describe your company's capability and experience providing technical assistance to projects of this scope. 4. Please provide details regarding proposed joint ventures, teaming arrangements, strategic alliances, or other business arrangements (to include potential small business utilization) to satisfy these requirements. 5. Based on a review of the referenced services in the Draft SOW, are there suggestions that your firm would propose in terms of providing this service? 6. Based on your review of the draft SOW, are there other NAICS codes we should consider? Please explain why.
