- Pricing Matrix Supplies Table SOW-RFQ INL/Guatemala has a requirement for Veterinary Services for Drug Detection Dogs. See the attached SOW/RFQ for more information. The scope of this project includes the purchase, delivery for Veterinary Services Drug Detection Dogs. The intent is for the offeror to meet all requirements for this Service as outlined in this RFQ. This requirement is being posted as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All questions must be submitted in writing. DOS shall accept questions by email.
