- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk, Contracting Division, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract to procure ball valves to be shipped to the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia 23709. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes are 331221 (Rolled steel shape, iron and steel structural shapes) and the procurement will be 100% set aside for small businesses. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-price, technically acceptable (LPTA).
