- The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal, AL. intends to award to DTM Packaging, LLC, on a sole source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302.1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for a Tab-Angle Fixture tests and calibration Power-turbine shafts for T700 G.E. engines. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; it is the Governments intent to award a sole-source purchase to DTM Packaging, LLC.
