- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses; Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Woman Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and/or services. DISA Operations Center, Operations Services Section (OCL31) is seeking information for potential sources for information technology (IT) technical support services to support our diverse mainframe information systems processing environment. Our line of business supports a geographically dispersed customer base drawn from Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies. We provide processing support for all types of DoD customers across Unisys and International Business Machines (IBM) hardware environments and supporting Unisys, IBM z/OS, IBM z/VM, and Linux operating systems. These operating environments support mission critical, worldwide customer applications, 24x7x365.
