Photos of Trailer ***This is strictly for sources sought and market research. This is not an RFQ. The Florida Army National Guard and the 44th CST need the following the following modifications made to (1) (8' W x16' L x10' H) Decontamination Trailer: Plumbing- A plumbing overhaul is needed to include removal of and replacement of current plumbing in the Decontamination Trailer. A standard garden size water connection port is to be added to the passenger side of the trailer and plumbed into the system. Replace water pipes with medium pressure piping to withstand 100 psi in the forward compartment moving last hose one foot towards the back shelves. This entails moving them toward the front of the trailer wall that is closest to the tongue. Replace the existing sump pump with Submersible Centrifugal Sewage Pump, Thermoplastic Construction, 4/10HP 115V, 2" NPT Discharge Port, up to 5250GPH, up to 2" Solids, 8 Foot Power Cord, Automatic Operation with Tethered Float Switch) The water pressure gauge for incoming water needs to be replaced with In-line swivel hydrant flow quick connect test 2½" NST Hydrant Flow Test Gauge 160Psi/2120GPM with Brass Gate Valve with 2-1/2" NST Brass Hydrant Swivel Gate Valves, Straight Pattern with non-rising stem and swivel inlet. Female Swivel NST x Male NST with Red speed handle and pin lug swivel. Also attached to this is a high volume water purification system with removal filters) The current water heaters need to be moved to the back wall of the trailer closest to the tongue and plumbed back into the system. Electrical - The electrical system needs to be re-wired to include fixing the exterior outlets and ensuring all trailer lights are operational. Outlets will be General Area Usage Weatherproof Receptacle Outlet - 125 Volt AC - 20 Amp Rated General Area Usage Weatherproof Receptacle Outlet - 125 Volt AC - 20 Amp Rated. The wires need to be high grade. Six outdoor LED floodlights are to be added to the underside of the trailer facing out on all four corners. They will be 45 Watt - LED Flood Light - 4600 Lumens - 175W MH Equal Traditional 5000K capable of providing lighting for night time operations. An RV 7.5kW Diesel generator (7.5 HDKAT/41934) (62.5 Amps) is to be installed above the tool box that is to be installed on the tongue of the trailer. An auto transfer switch is to be installed. The auto transfer switch mounted on the back wall of the maintenance room. 50 amp, wired to generator and 50 amp service panel w/ 25 ft. shoreline capable of : 50-Amp (120/240V 10-Circuit) Power Transfer System, safest way to distribute power and eliminates dangerous back-feeds and electrical overloads, Standard Circuits (6) 15A 1-pole, (1) 20A 2-pole, and (1) 30A 2-pole, Versatile Design w/ Interchangeable Breakers, Built-In Wattage Meter Track power input to ensure proper load balancing, 25-Foot 50-Amp Straight Blade Power Cord Flexible design male & female ends, 50-Amp Twistlock Power Inlet Box Rain-tight design w/ flip-lid keeps dirt and debris out Generous wiring space that facilitates rough-in. An eighteen gallon fuel tank with gauge is to be installed on the tongue of the trailer. An electrical jack is to be installed for raising and lowering the tongue capable of 3500-Lb. Capacity 12 Volt Electric Trailer Jack provides a fast, easy and practical way to hitch and level trailers with A-frame couplers. 3500 lbs. of lifting power handles a wide range of trailers. Additional Decontamination Trailer Supplier Requirements - Three L shaped shelves are to be installed in the front compartment. A storage box is to be installed under the generator. Dimensions: 16.5 in. W x 39 in. D x 12 in. H, Trailer tongue box is constructed of aluminum that will never rust for optimal use, Box has an auto-lift shock for easy single handed opening, and Trailer tongue box has a locking paddle latch that provides secure storage for all small parts Two scissor jacks are to be installed at the front two corners of the trailer. Capacity: 5,000 lbs Extended height: 24" Retracted (collapsed) height: 4" Two twelve inch convex safety mirrors are installed inside the trailer at the forward crew doors of rear of the trailer.12 Inch Outdoor Se-Kure Acrylic Convex Security Mirror
