- Solicitation Amendment 02 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center-Fort Eustis (MICC-Fort Eustis) anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Adjutant General (AG) services requirement, Directorate of Human Resources, located at Fort Lee, VA. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Competitive 8(a) contract with a Base year plus four (4) option years (to include a 60-day phase-in). All work is to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The designated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 561110 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. The anticipated draft solicitation release date will be on or about 22 December 2017. The Government reserves the right to award one or no contracts as a result of the solicitation depending on what is determined to be in the best interest of the Government. It is required that all contractors doing business with the Government be registered with the System for Award Management at website: http://www.sam.gov. Description of Requirement: This requirement is for the AG Services, Directorate of Human Resources, Fort Lee, VA. The Contractor provided services for planning, programming, administration, management and execution including information management and automation support, administrative services support, installation command and staff support, perform personnel accounting, process personnel records, maintain AG orders system, conduct solider in-processing and Solider readiness process support, perform Solider readiness review, process personnel reassignments, provide Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) administrative support, personnel promotion processing, management readiness support, Total Army Sponsorship Program (TASP) program support, transition/separation/retirement support, and installation retiree support, mail and distribution support, and command inspections. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. No additional information regarding this procurement will be available prior to the release of the RFP. Please note, this is NOT a RFP; only a Presolicitation Notice. Solicitation number W911S0-18-R-0002 will be issued on or about 03 January 2018. All offers shall be provided as specified in the solicitation.
