- Source Sought This is a Source Sought notice. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation for bid. This Source Sought is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of qualified Buy-Indian owned business concerns prior to issuing a Request for Quote. This is not a solicitation for proposals and no contract will be awarded for this announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing information in response to this announcement. All responses will be provided by e-mail response. No presentation will be scheduled. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 5.2, the Quentin N. Burdick Memorial Healthcare Facility I.HS. Biomedical Department is conducting a Source Sought notice to provide quotes on services: NU-540-400 Type A2 Biological Safety Cabinet, 5404M262 IV Bar, NU0-400-190 Motorized Adjustable Base stand w/castors, NU-911-402 Variable Flow exhaust, NU-940-004 Flex Duct kit, & Freight to dock. Please see attached description of items, qty. 1 ea. for all. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code are 333999-All other miscellaneous general purpose machinery manufacturing. Standard size in employees is 500. The written response to this notice should consist of following items. A. Company Name B. Company Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number C. Name, telephone number, and e-mail address of a company point of contact that has the authority and knowledge of clarify response with government representative. E.
