- Combat Track II Waveform Migration RFI The Government is requesting information on industry capability to modernize 298 Combat Track II (CTII) systems to be Integrated Waveform (IW), Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) or commercial SATCOM compatible. The effort will include a hardware and software solution leveraging current Commercial Off The Shelf products. Government owned software is highly desired.
